Every veteran knows that transitioning to civilian life is tough — but what shocked us most was how complicated, slow, and confusing the DVA process could be.

We each experienced it at different points: one of us left service in 2017, one just two years ago, and one has only recently hung up the uniform. No matter when we left, the story was the same — endless forms, confusing rules, long waits, and the feeling that we were fighting a system instead of being supported by it.

That frustration became our motivation. We realised if we, with all our determination and resilience, found the system overwhelming, then countless other veterans must feel the same. So we decided to do something about it.
